Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Take an 8in New Orleans French Bread and bake it until it is crispy on the outside. Remove from oven and cut the tip off. Hollow out the bread using a set of tongs. Put it aside
Take a skillet and Sauté a generous amount of onions until they are caramelized. Add shrimp, crab and crawfish to the onions and butter, sauté for 5 to 7 minutes. While hot add 1 ½ Cups of Heavy whipping cream and a cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Simmer on low until cheese is completely melted within the sauce. Season to taste.
Take a Ladle, Stand the French bread up, Pour the sauce into the bread lay it flat on the plate and cover the top with remaining sauce.
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley.
